and his NBBL is coming true...This is story of Rico chasing his Dreams and getting his NBBL fulfilled, and me just coming along for the ride and well, for the Pasta 😝 and maybe some unavoidable shopping was involved 😂🙈
V More about K-array: http://bit.ly/3yM4cKD I bet you every time you see a StarFish you think: "ow how cute!", but little did a lot of us know these interesting creatures are far from cute, well unless you think an alien is;) Check this out: 1. They can regenerate arms: Sea stars house most of their vital organs in their arms. This means that some species can even regenerate an entirely new sea star from just one arm and a portion of the star's central disc. It takes about a year for an arm to grow back. 👽 2. They are not Fish and are related to sand dollars, sea urchins, sea cucumbers, and sea lilies.
3. They can only live in Salt Water. 🌊 Since the era of The New Media birthed us Billionaires in their mid-twenties and multi-millionaires in their teens, the glamorous world of Yachting is officially no longer just for the middle-aged “I have worked hard my whole life and now I just want to enjoy my yacht” types. Yes! The “Young Money” has spoken and they do not want to “just chill”... they want to live vibrantly, push the limits and explore the world without boundaries. So what does that all mean for the world of Super and Mega Yachting? Well, I have some answers for you...
How did we end up in the Open Ocean of the Coast of Newport Beach, CA doing 45 Kts on the James Bond-like slick & shiny Vendetta, and almost blowing my eardrums off?! Well, it all started with a phone call... Producer Michael called and said he wants Rico & I help him get his "boating mojo" back and find his next Yacht!!! Since he is not your average kind of a guy, we were quite intrigued by the challenge and had to think outside the box.
The West Coast is full of eclectic & vibrant personalities without many financial limitations, but when it comes to yachting we are definitely living in the shadows of Florida, especially Miami. So we put on our thinking hats and come up with a few west coast based yacht options to show Michael (all very different from each other) in hopes to inspire him to get back into boating again. Vendetta was the first yacht that came to my mind! As we did our full walkthrough a few months back WATCH HERE, I have been obsessed with an idea of taking her out for a spin! So I called Rudy, who was one of the coolest yacht owners we have ever met, and asked him to take us out... you know how there are always 2 sides to each story... well THIS is ours and THIS one is Michael's. lol This video is the first in the Producer Michael Yacht Shopping Series... enjoy the ride! I just recently went to Maui with one goal ONLY: to get my Humpback Whale fix and I was definitely not disappointed. To go to Hawaii in the height of the whale watch season and not "see" a whale is straight up - IMPOSSIBLE! Have you always dreamed of not just seeing, but being able to hear, feel, smell, and almost touch the Humpback Whales? Well, then this Best of Maui Whale Watch Guide is just what you have been looking for, so read on...
On our recent trip to Russia, we have decided to try something different - instead of taking a flight from Moscow to Saint-Petersburg, we opted-in to try another way of Land Travel: the overnight train. I remember doing this as a kid and how fun it was, but since I'm no longer 14 comforts while traveling are at most priority and after all the “theme” of this vacation was "Lavishness Russian Style". I've heard about a Luxury Train called the Grand Express and it sounded like just what we have been looking for...
“If I were a mermaid, I’d live where the waters are blue and crystal clear and spend my days traveling from island to island.” We did a poll to find out where you think the best mermaid destination would be…
Can you guess what it was? Accessories are not to be taken lightly: they can make or break the outfit. Accessories are an extension of your style, an exclamation point at the end of your “statement”, a cherry of top! Today I'm featuring the new styles by one of my personal favorite Nautical Brands - Sail Swag...
If Saint-Petersburg, Russia is not already on your short list of places to visit, it definitely needs to be. As many of you may know, it's my home town where I was born and raised. But this city have changed so much, since I moved to Los Angeles 18 years ago! It has always been the cultural center of Russia, but Moscow was often ahead when it came to modernization and hipster lifestyle. I must say, in the last few years Saint-Petersburg has really flourished as an European foodie destination and a total hipster city. American dollar and Euro still go a long way here, which makes this destination even more desirable.
Read Part I if you've missed it The Land of the Whales met us with desert-brown scenery and never-ending-forks-on-the-off-road all leading back to the same path. As we pulled into the Kuyima Eco Camp lost oasis of civilization (well, sort of), the vast San Ignacio Lagoon opened up in front of us. The Eco-camp has a couple of options: “glamping” and “bring your own tent”. We chose “glamping”...
I'm getting goose bumps just thinking about that trip...since I was a kid touching a whale has been kind of a “untouchable” dream of mine...kissing a whale?! Well, that's just silly! What if I told you there is a place on Earth you could have such a close encounter (legally and safely)? Well, do you believe in fairy tales?
Seeing the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show for the first time is simply overwhelming! I thought I knew what to expect...but FLIBS blew it out of the park. Huge doesn't describe it... it's maaasive! It's like the Hermitage of the Yachting world... it will take a month to see the whole thing properly!
Take it from someone with extensive event planning experience, this production is no joke: the build out, the yacht delivery logistics and the amount of staff making this possible... I take my hat off to the organizers... absolutely nothing like I have ever seen in the world of Yacht Shows. Check out these 5 things that set Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show apart from the rest. I have not met a girl yet that doesn't have a shoe addiction. I love shoes! Heels, flats, wedges...all of it! But the Nautical Lifestyle has definitely had a major impact on my shoe taste. I now have many pairs of cute flats and boat shoes in every nautical shape and style: stripes, anchors...you name it! These Blue-Anchor-Beauties just recently stole "the Shoe corner" of my heart. So In this post I'm featuring them and one of my fav shoe brands: Loly in the Sky.
